Let me introduce myself.

Faith, Family, Net Lease

Dallas, TX. Christian. Married to my best friend for almost 20 years. Two kids — a daughter (17) who's smarter than me and a son (14) who's funnier than me.

I love the outdoors. Backcountry backpacking is my thing. You can find me most summers in Colorado when Texas decides it wants to be the surface of the sun. Also mildly obsessed with geopolitics — so I'm fun at dinner parties.

Career started at GE Capital (by way of CNL & Trustreet) learning net lease from the ground up. About a decade ago, I walked away from the corporate path and started STNL Capital. Betting on myself was the single best business decision I've ever made.

What we do now: net lease lending. We back developers, brokers, and operators with construction and bridge loans — new construction, sale-leasebacks, blend and extend. If it's NNN, we want to hear about it.

I'm a huge believer in entrepreneurship. Life is too short to spend it building someone else's vision. If you've got a dream you've been sitting on — start doing it!
