Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee!
For even though I have been bound in the name, I have not yet been perfected in Jesus Christ. For now I have merely begun to be a disciple and am speaking to you as my fellow learners. For I have needed you to prepare me for the struggle in faith.

@Notethosejokes The bigots: Stop hurting yourself! Your life can be so much more!
The virtuous progressives: I want everyone who doesn't affirm me to die.
Catechism 2357
-Tradition has always declared that "homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered." They are contrary to the natural law. They close the sexual act to the gift of life. They do not proceed from a genuine affective and sexual complementarity. Under no circumstances can they be approved.

@servetus Try to understand that there's a difference between the well-ordered biological match toward creation and a match where procreation is impossible. In one case, when a match cannot procreate, it's a bug. In the other, it's a feature. They're not equivalent.
@servetus Because Man + Woman still = procreation. And the love that springs from a want to create is the well-ordered, godly love of marriage. Man and woman are "made for one another," (Catechism 1605)
@servetus Man + Woman = procreation. If a couple consisting of a man and woman cannot procreate, it's because there's something wrong. Man + Man or Woman + Woman never = procreation. The door is always shut. It's not a tragic accident, it's inevitable.
@servetus No, the ability to create children is not required for an individual marriage. But the affectionate and well-ordered love of the biological match ordered toward procreation certainly is.
