Why can't we develop trading (or investing) systems which are immune to regulatory changes?

Fact is, 95% of the traders are simply gamblers. They have no process. No rule-based systems. No positive edge. Such gamblers will keep losing money, because the essential ingredients for becoming a successful trader (businessman) are itself lacking.

Being an experienced and profitable momentum investor ourself, we never use third-party platforms like Smallcase, RupeeCase, because they cause enormous churn on every rebalance. Over the years, we have developed our own proprietary rules/ techniques to reduce churn and slippages.

Incidentally, PF is up 0.5% as of now.
