If they lose any of those, the stop is supposed to be considered a wash. But even then. Physical altercations are frowned upon.

@TrebiArt @fayemikah Incorrect, and this isn't burlargy. They can't stop unless the subject, not suspect, has bypassed the last point of sale. Once that happens, sure you can attempt a stop. But most of the time it's not worth the hassle. Just approach and inform them that they were caught. Simple.
