Got my blood test back and predictably my doctor says I need statins for high LDL. However, my remnant cholesterol is 19. I'll just have my blood work done again in a few months to see if it's gone down or not
Too many people fear salt and are deficient in it. Salt is an essential mineral. We lose salt in sweat. We lose salt w/ coffee/caffeine. Whole food diets lack salt. We used to get salt via blood so we must add it back to our diet. Low salt = low health/vitality. Don’t fear salt.
We live in a world where people:
- Avoid salt but not sugar
- Avoid meat but not junk food
- Find eating real food restrictive, while eating the same junk ok
- Are terrified of high cholesterol but not diabetes
And we wonder why there is so much chronic diseases in the world 🤔
