My thoughts on the name change for PCOS/PMOS!!
It's a good thing overall but let's keep focused on menstrual education and patient autonomy for this condition, because we already know these doctors may not heed the message contained within the change!
Loquat season is over. I garbled the last of it. The flesh and juice into jam, the skins into vinegar, and the seeds were already sprouting inside the fruit, those will go in the tree nursery
Just the concept of having positive life forces around you constantly showing you growth, abundance, patience, and regeneration. Spiritual communion really.
Garden feeding us, how can you not be encouraged?
I spent yesterday weeding and building new beds. I feel a sense of peace knowing that this is my first permanent garden. It will only get better with time, and it's already so good!
3 weeks until class starts!! This is everything your obgyn neglected to tell you about this condition and so much more - including an actual SYSTEM for monitoring it and your progress.

Pig is in estrus again and was super chill with him being in the pen with her, but then she ran over to me and tried to bite me and run me out! Which she successfully did, because she’s 300 lbs and scary 😂
This year I planted 36 lettuces of various kinds + had maybe 10 additional volunteer / from seed. For the two of us, this fulfills our needs (we only do “cut and come again” method of harvesting) and gives us plenty to give away to friends and neighbors
i heard birds chirping last night. that shit threw me off but what i’m more concerned about is what’s throwing them off to make them chirp at night. idk i listen to nature as indicators of something being wrong.
@FCKNABEJEE Yes definitely, nightingales can be ruled out then but mockingbirds definitely live in your area. You can use a bird song app to find out who exactly is doing all that chirping. That said, it could still be a sign of something, birds are intuitive like that you’re not wrong
