@IamTrevorMay Similar to what many are saying it just seems like the only chance to for smaller market teams to maybe stay perpetually relevant. Cheap owners are not going anywhere. Salary floor and other spending/ contending incentives need to accompany the cap
@JeffPassan Too much straddling of the issue here. John Fisher did not want to spend money and is simply bringing his club to anywhere which is offering public funds. The landing spot being Las Vegas of all places is evidence of this
