The 2018 Legislative Analyst’s Office Fiscal Analysis said, “There are a number of classifications represented by Unit 10 that are similar to classifications represented by Unit 9 (professional engineers..[it’s] not clear how the agreement affects pay parity..”

The 2018 MOU failed to address pay parity. Units 9 and 10 remain an average of 27% apart. ES Supervisors are 53% ahead of rank and file. @CAgovernor @CalHR_gov fix this broken salary structure now. #ValueScientists
