@SecretaryPete The strongest crane on the east coast is located in Staten Island NY, it was used to build the Gov. Cuomo bridge just north of New York City. It is called the left coast lifter. Look at it on Wikipedia. It could lift entire trellises. Think about sending it down to Baltimore
