@reliancejio i urge people to not install jio internet or the set top box. It might be cheaper than other providers but there customer support is ZERO. No action even after 5 complaints! Pathetic services. Other providers give solution in 1hr. Jio just do not listen.

Recently got Jio internet + set-top box installed, but the service has been a nightmare. Logged the same issue 4 times, got time slotsโbut no engineer ever visited. Now when I want to cancel, youโre refusing to refund my advance payment. #Disappointed#fraud

@Samsung may be it is the costliest fridge that samsung makes but still i am not getting any service from samsung, i would recommend people to not buy samsung products as they have worst customer service. From last so many days am trying to reach an engineer but no solution!

@18002096006 I was being confirmed that i would get the refund of amt by 15 june but now they have confirmed me another date that is 18 june. Dealership wants to deduct the tcs which they have because they have billed the car last month without my permission. Why would i pay the tcs amt .
