Can I on behalf of affected ExServiceman fraternity request you to ask OSD (Ms Sukriti Likhi) to approve the commencement of welfare scheme under the aegis of DGR.
It’s been 5 months that the case is rested with her and affected officers and other ranks including war widows are getting over aged (to avail the benefits of the scheme).

Scam in Medical Supplies: There is a very big scam in supply of Medicines and other Medical Stores in 60 FMSD. The matter was reported in March 2026 itself in writing to the concerned Brig Medical as well as to the other authorities superior to the Brig Medical. However, no action was taken and now finally when the concerned Brig Medical is about to proceed on Pre Mature Retirement, a wishy-washy so-called Court of Inquiry with faulty composition has been ordered. The Court of Inquiry should be presided over by a Maj Gen with two Brig Ranking Officers as per the rules but they want to conduct an inquiry by a Col with even a JCO being detailed as a Member. There is already a similar case pending in the Hon'ble Supreme Court but still they want to commit more irregularities in conduct of such an important inquiry. Evidence is available and would be put here itself if you don't wake up even now.

Grant of NFU: The Govt betrays the Armed Forces. In the Additional Affidavit filed by the Govt this morning at 10.21 AM, the Govt has denied the NFU to the Armed Forces, mainly on the grounds of "significantly large Financial Implications". Just see the MISCHIEF, the Affidavit filed by the Govt is dated 20 January 26 which has been finally filed after three months, probably to avoid the particular Bench of Hon'ble Supreme Court since Hon'ble Justice JK Maheshwari is retiring in June 2026 end or to ensure that the Elections are not adversely affected. This is how the Govt plays with its own Armed Forces. However, the FIGHT will continue......

Grant of NFU: While I am not aware, as yet, (officially) as to what the stand the Govt is going to take in the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 15 Apr 26 but, seeing the beeline for becoming the next CDS, I found the name of the recently re-attired Eastern Army Cdr. I personally knew him since October 2004 from his days with 26 RR as 2IC when I conducted a Court Martial for Fratricide in his Battalion and yet, when the NFU judgement was pronounced by the AFT on 23 Dec 2016, he questioned me in the corridors of the South Block, where he was posted at that time as Dy MS, and very rudely asked me, "why are you spreading such canards in the organisation like NFU & all"? There is an Officer witness to this effect. And now, he is in line to become the CDS. There is another one, the then AG, who was probably shown the carrot of becoming the first Army Cdr of the non existent Army Cyber Command at that time and hence he was opposing the grant of NFU since the beginning. Incidentally, both of them are now settled in Gurjinder Vihar AWHO. Ladies & Gentleman, it was not only one "Monk who sold HIS Ferrari" but there are many "Monks who sold OUR Ferrari" & they continue to do so. Wait & watch, I am in possession of all the File Notings initiated by them in their own handwriting and I will put everything here itself when the time comes.

Few suggestions :-
1. Move out coterie of advisors (to decision makers) since they have harmed and damaged enough. New people with fresh ideas must come in.
2. Left leaning leaders (there are plenty) must be shown the door.
3. Office bearers (ALL) must submit their resignation ASAP and let new comers (even first timers) get a chance. New comers can’t perform worst than the present lot.
4. Have representation of office bearers from all states.
