जो घटना राजस्थान की बताई जा रही है,
वह राजस्थान की नहीं बल्कि उत्तर प्रदेश के हरदोई जिले की है,

बताया जा रहा है कि कानपुर के राहुल तिवारी पर 8 दिन पहले एक नाबालिग लड़की का अपहरण करने का आरोप है, परिजनों ने तुरंत बिलग्राम थाना में FIR दर्ज कराई,

लेकिन पुलिस ने कई दिनों तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की, जब आखिरकार लड़की को बिलग्राम कोतवाली लाया गया,

तो पुलिस ने दावा किया कि "लड़की खुद चलकर आई है"

परिजनों के साथ पहुंचे पत्रकार रितेश पासी के सामने मुख्य विवेचक दीप नारायण पांडे और धर्मेंद्र गिरी ने पत्रकार को जान से मारने की धमकी दी, और परिजनों को भी बुरी तरह धमकाया,

सबसे बड़ी बात है कि लड़की के सारे कपड़े खून से लथपथ पाए गए,

दीप नारायण पांडे की टीम उसे टॉमा सेंटर हरदोई ले गई, जहां लड़की ने अपनी मां को रोते हुए बताया, "पुलिसवालों ने मुझे मारा-पीटा है,

लड़की बुरी तरह सहमी हुई थी और कुछ बोलने को तैयार नहीं थी।
