Again called the customer care today, so this time the customer care executive informs me that the earlier executives put the issue in a wrong complain, instead of product not delivered they put it in wrong delievery.
I was again told that the resolution will be provided and product will be delivered, whereas to my surprise again my complaint was marked resolved without any resolution given nor the product delivered.

Again called Flipkart and complained of product not delivered but marked as delivered (incident id: IN23102020001254109715) I was told resolution will be provided and product will be delivered.
Then when I refused to pay him money, and complaining against him to Flipkart(incident id: IN23101815584885524697) next day on checking he had marked the product as delivered at 3:27am in the middle of the night.

But yet again Indiacakes emailed asking for more money for delivery and not answering calls on the customer care number not replying to emails. Beware of such fraudsters and Scamsters...

After multiple calls unanswered and few unanswered by rude customer care they refund via coupon to order again from them with same amount and pay difference. Did place an order today again hoping it will be delivered...
