@Vaibhav___vibhu@PUMA I am also in the same situation. @PUMA@PUMACare seem to really disregard customer care and have a poor system in place (daily compaints from customers). Once they recieve customers money it doesnt seem they're bothered about any faults on their side.
@PUMACare@PUMA it is extremely disappointing that my matter has not been resolved yet. It also seems that this is a common theme with Puma, considering the number of queries and comments from other customers.
@vfsglobalcare@VFSGlobal We have booked a biometrics appointment at UK Visa Application Centre, Manila for 22/04/2023. Please can you confirm that the centre is open on this day? As the VFS website for the centre states it is only open Mon-Fri. Please urgently confirm.
@PUMA ordered from UK store. Recieved wrong order with someones personal info on return reciept. No idea where my order is and whether my personal info has also been sent to someone else. Emailed and called Puma given serious nature of this. No response or acknowledgement to date

Further, the centre states working days of Mon-Fri. We understand that it is a public holiday (not stated of the VFS website) today (21/4/23). Please confirm that the centre is open tomorrow, as the appointment is scheduled for 22/4/23
