I love when a library lesson works with the classroom curriculum so well that teachers ask for it again the next year!

Our building does a staff breakfast most Fridays. Today, me and a few of my colleagues hosted. We had fruit and casseroles and I broke out my favorite pancake recipe to make a trio of options for the staff.
We’re in the midst of Nonfiction November and before we delve into @mstewartscience ‘s 5 Kinds of Nonfiction, we’re grounding ourselves in a better understanding between the difference in Narrative and Expository NF text. Talking with Ss about there observations here.
