@Minboi7@JWick28951@AboutMusicYT But they DO care - they care that the Grammys are marginalising and discriminating against Asian/non-Western artists. By submitting for the award they'd be signalling acceptance of something they fundamentally disagree with. They're standing up for a principle. And they're right.
All seven BTS members stand united in their decision not to submit to the Grammys this year. ✊
"We’ve decided not to submit our work for this year’s Grammy Awards. We hope music will be recognized and loved for what it is, rather than being divided by region or language. Thank you, as always, to ARMY and everyone who supports us." 🔥
@piedpiper_sea Same, we're still on the way, since ~3pm, getting off in about half an hour. We're sleeping in cologne tho, tomorrow another 5 hour travel😭
My friend and I got tickets for Brussels Day 2 and were leaving on Wednesday since we live quite far away. We're so excited for it, I can't put it into words. Been a fan since 2013 and I finally, FINALLY get to see them live, not just on a screen😭
@Slarafoli1ro @TheePopCore No. Kworb does not count vlogs and other content that isn't music-related. The official Youtube Channel counts vlogs etc too. BP have around 9B views from vlogs behind the scenes and so on
@Slarafoli1ro @TheePopCore That chart counts MVs, dance practices and so on.
AUDIO streams do exclude those, or BTS would be way above 100B too. There's a difference between Youtube Music and Youtube
@Slarafoli1ro @TheePopCore AUDIO streams only. That excludes dance practices, mvs, live performances. Learn to read.
This is based on Youtube Music, Spotify and so on
we understand taxes, import fees and logistics in Europe, but the current BTS merch pricing here feels disproportionate. Fans shouldn’t be priced out. If Europe is a key market, accessibility should matter as much as profit. @HYBE_MERCH@HYBEOFFICIALtwt
