A stranger allegedly broke down the front door of an elderly man’s house in Texas.
Broad daylight.
One o’clock in the afternoon.
And according to police, the homeowner told him to stop and leave.
Repeatedly.
That matters.
Because this wasn’t someone panicking and immediately pulling the trigger.
This was an elderly man standing in his own home with his front door in pieces, trying to use his words first.
Then he eventually went and got a .38.
That means the intruder had off-ramp after off-ramp.
Every warning.
Every second it took to retrieve that revolver.
He ignored all of it.
And let’s be honest:
An elderly man against someone strong enough to break down a front door is not a fair fight.
The .38 made it fair.
That is the equalizer.
That is why the Second Amendment matters most to people who cannot physically fight their way out of danger.
But even in Texas, the fight does not automatically end when the shooting stops.
There is still an investigation.
There may still be a grand jury.
There may still be lawyers.
Be honest:
If someone kicks in your front door and refuses to leave, how many warnings should a homeowner be expected to give?

This illegal alien was bringing lethal amounts of fentanyl into our country and smuggling humans over the southern border, but California decided he was deserving of a driver’s license.
I commend Assistant Statewide Prosecutors Paul Thomas and Taryn Vaughn for securing this important verdict. Anyone who traffics these dangerous drugs in Florida will be held accountable and prosecuted to the fullest extent.

BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that the suspect charged w/ murdering an innocent gas station clerk in Fort Meyers, FL by bludgeoning her to death with a hammer is a Haitian illegal alien who was caught & released at the border by the Biden admin in 2022. An immigration judge ordered Rolbert Joachim deported from the U.S. later that same year, but DHS says the Biden admin shielded him from deportation by granting him Temporary Protected Status, which expired in 2024.
There is an extremely graphic video of the April 3rd killing on social media. Joachim is seen hitting a vehicle with a hammer in the parking lot of the gas station. The clerk comes out to confront him, he walks right at her, and with full strength, he bludgeons her in the head with the hammer. She falls down unconscious and he crushes her head with the hammer 6 more times.
He is now in local custody and ICE has placed a detainer on him.
DHS statement to FOX:
“This illegal alien barbarically hit this woman in the head multiple times with a hammer. This heinous murderer was RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration. Not only did the Biden administration release him into the country, but they then gave him temporary protected status. Their reckless immigration policies cost this woman her life,” said Acting Assistant DHS Secretary Lauren Bis.
CIA Director: "CIA executed a deception campaign to confuse the Iranians, who were desperately hunting for our airmen. On Saturday morning, we achieved our primary objective by finding and providing confirmation that one of America’s best and bravest was alive... Following the successful exfiltration on Saturday night, our intelligence reflects that the Iranians were embarrassed, and ultimately humiliated by the success of this audacious rescue mission."
