@manairport are there any plans to improve the awful domestic arrivals “process” in T2 or are we stuck with stairs, buses, round the apron, escalators and another 6 flights of stairs? Surely this was considered during the design of the new terminal?

@AvantiWestCoast I was booked 1244 from SPT-EUS then 1733 back tomorrow. I get a taxi from home to Stockport (20 mins) and needed to decide whether to chance it and see if the train went or drive and not be late for work/stressed. So I drove. Booking Ref MM888260.

@AvantiWestCoast when a train is designated as Standard Premium in both H and J (other than just in H), is there any way of seeing that (on app etc.)? Quite often the headrests aren’t changed in J so you don’t realise till it’s too late. Ta
