Bear in mind the phone wasn’t dropped, smashed, hit in any way, it just died of its own accord. Had the screen protector on that it came with and a protective case. After a year and a half over a 3 year contract it died and I’m still paying off a phone I can’t use? Ridiculous
So it’s been months, my flip5 screen broke, despite 3 year extended warranty o2 store said they can’t do anything, send it to Samsung they’ll do it for free, do so, Samsung want £300 to fix, o2 on twitter say they’ll do it, never send the Jiffy bag to send it off in… (1/2)
…I ask them about it and they need me to do all that myself which I haven’t been able to do around work, and also sent me the thing I have to print in a message I can’t access anymore. Send an official complaint email and get nothing back. @O2 it’s been months and still nothing.
…this being a common fault they made a specific clause for it. Sent it @SamsungUK and they want nearly 300 quid to repair it, despite the screen breaking through no fault of my own and just dying on me. Utter rubbish. (2/2)

Went to see Sinners tonight, amazing film! Only hindered by the fact I kept getting distracted by the worst audience I've shared a cinema with. People loudly talking, guy on the right blinding us with his phone and some woman at the end of the row kept taking pics with flash on!
