What are you teaching this advent? We're in a series bouncing from Isaiah (not ch.9) to 1 John in the first two weeks and neither of the passages have been obvs Christmassy. But even w/o shepherds, wise men, etc. there is always the good news that Jesus Christ came to be with us.
