@afc_ftt @danbarker @PolitlcsUK Something Unskilled. I have to be skilled on CCtv. On Xray machines as well as fire and driving. Yes all those as band 2. Yet currently paid £13.14 an hour ( min wage is £12.71 ).it wil rise to £13.19 in April so may as well move to one of those unskilled and then im off Xmas

@afc_ftt @danbarker @PolitlcsUK Lifeguarding is a Skilled job. You have to pass an exam and be competent. Regardless as long as you are 16 you can take Nplq course and if pass you work as lifeguard a Skilled job

All were paid the same. As doing same Job. Its how you manage them

@LabourfutureUK Yet the band 2 prison officers who work more nights weekends etc will be Min wage employees. Weird eh. Mps get5% due to " Abuse " band 2 offered 2.3% and Min wage poss 4% but we will pay NLW ( yeah you have to by law ) may as well do a Basic job in day or go on dole
