I’ve been analyzing SPY closely and wanted to share my technical read on it.

On the weekly chart, SPY looks oversold with the RSI dipping low. While a short-term bounce could be in play, the 200-day moving average around 454 might be the more meaningful bottom if momentum doesn’t shift upward soon.

Then on the daily, we’ve got the RSI crazily oversold with several gap-downs. I’ve studied this behavior back in high school and traded off it – historically, every gap on a chart tends to get filled, whether it’s up or down. Pretty crazy you can look at the chart and see how the gaps from the few years tend to always fill.
