@Jen_Saha@EdwardJacksonD@RichOToole They have almost no operational costs and the gross margins are huge. They pay staff on commission from the high margins. At $62k a month top line they’re netting $15-$20k a month per location. That’s not a bad business.
@hopeee72@TheNakedWeaver @jaegermedia1 “That’s okay” is subjective. Fewer women having fewer kids leads to a future in America and the west that I would personally argue is “not okay”. But you’re entitled to your opinion of course. Also, the data says nothing of the proportion that want kids but can’t afford them.
@Kaos_Dreamed @jaegermedia1 It’s already been destroyed. Do you live in some kind of secluded enclosure where you haven’t had free access to information for the last 20 years? Also, just because the data is saying something you don’t want to hear does not invalidate its legitimacy.
@TheNakedWeaver @jaegermedia1 Or….You could look at the child data from previous cohorts of women 20-40 as a benchmark of how far we’re lagging historical trends and draw reasonable conclusions. These things don’t magically course correct on their own. There are millions of data points saying there’s trouble
@dupuis_den30908@AFMBlog Ok this sounds plausible. Like I said I don’t know an awful lot about all this but I am now going to dig up the invoice to see wtf I actually bought lol
@dupuis_den30908@AFMBlog ? They do…I have 3 of them in my house right now that are combined units. I’ll admit I don’t know a lot about all of this but I’m fairly certain of this point.
@camundahl@AFMBlog Two new thermostats and redid some ductwork in the basement and attic that were leaky and extremely disorganized. Did an excellent job overall.
@nahidulislam404 The house is $97k of value, plus you kept $1k cash, that’s $98k of asset value.
You owe $98k, that’s your debt.
The balance sheet is balanced. You tried to intermingle debt with the assets/equity
@AshtonForbes I know your focus is specifically the free energy aspect, but that’s literally just the tip of the iceberg as to how deep the deception runs.
@ecommerceshares For every 10-bagger there are 99 5-baggers that peak and crash back to even. And for every 1 of those there are 999 stocks that immediately lose 50% of their value the instant retail buys.
The math works, but this is insanely difficult in practice.
