@FitbitSupport my fibit hasn't synced in 2 days. I've tried reinstalling, restarting my Fitbit and app, and nothing seems to work. The time is also not right. I didn't want to factory reset and lose in a challenge. Lol. Is there anything I can do? Or do I need a new Fitbit?

@NerdBlock I had nerdblock once. I paid for a subscription, got charged, and then you guys vanished. No one responded and my money was only refunded by the bank after we cancelled the debit card and reported it. Never got my last box or a reply from anyone. So thanks for that.
