The demographics of all of the good countries on earth have changed A LOT recently, and everyone needs to be aware of what that means.

It means that you let in WHOLE ENTIRE OTHER COUNTRIES, and not just "the exceptions."

It is NOT POSSIBLE to let in "exceptions" on a large scale. That's not what exceptions are. There's not a lot of exceptions. Then they wouldn't be exceptions.
