It's important to note that game testing has been ongoing for three months, and we can say that we already have an active player base.

Points collected during this phase will be transferable to the game, along with the tanks that can already be purchased.

I seem to notice a lot of this lately. Nami, Midnight, etc etc. Lots of amazing people are building and bringing new users, capabilities, and experiences into the ecosystem. IOG is a builder. We aren't different from any DApp company in Cardano.

We have products and services and are here to bring millions into the ecosystem. I don't understand why when we start doing that and deploy millions in capital, some are actively hostile.

It's also a bit frustrating when we are always open, direct, and transparent about plans and projects that somehow some place polar opposite motivations. Apparently CIP 1694 is some attempt to permanently maintain an oligarchy when it's the exact opposite. Lace is here to be the best wallet in the entire cryptocurrency space and expose all Bitcoin and Ethereum users over time to the Cardano ecosystem. So when we buy Nami to help accelerate a great simple user experience, this is bad for Cardano? Really? Midnight which makes Cardano the leader in data confidentiality tech is somehow abandoning Cardano!?

If we are going for number 1, then we need to stop being drama queens and focus on building, partnering, and welcome new positive developments. People are here to do a job. The mission hasn't changed. Get it done.

Tournaments and Pre-game Antes - Find out why our in game economy is not like the others:

Battle Borgz will run large scale tournaments to which players can enter using their BORGZ tokens. There will be a flat rate entry fee for all participants and the fees will be collected to create a prize pool for the tournament. Top ranking players will receive an allocation of the prize pool depending on their performance.

This model allows us to reward dedicated players without adding any extra BORGZ tokens into circulation. All rewards were already part of the circulating supply.

Players will also have the option to participate in "antes" using BORGZ tokens pre-game. As with tournaments, these antes will be collected and distributed amongst the best performing players who added to the prize pool. Again, this method of rewarding gameplay does not deflate the circulating supply of BORGZ at all.

Adding an optional reward system allows players a chance to receive BORGZ through performing well in the game, but does not exclude those who wish to play the game for entertainment purposes only.
