@sporer That’s very true. I was just trying to think of what the team would look like after 5 rounds in both scenarios. Scenario 1; Trout, Arenado, Rizzo/Votto (?), Stanton, Bauer/Strasburg (?), Snell. Scenario 2; Trout, Arenado, deGrom, Votto/Springer (?), Khris Davis (?), Snell.

@sporer Appreciate the response Paul. May I ask why you chose deGrom over Stanton? Trout, Arenado and Snell were all definite for me but I’ve been torn between deGrom and Stanton. If I were to keep Stanton, I could probably grab another top bat in the 3rd and a strong SP2 in the 5th.

A word about Jed Lowrie: Successful baseball teams don't worry about positional "fit" nearly as much as you might think. They seek out the best available talent and try to amass as much of it as possible and then figure out how to deploy it. Just look at the '17 and '18 Dodgers.
