At tonight's #cdfcouncil meeting, I was pleased to support the Cardiff Conservative amendment halving the Council Tax rise to just 2.47%. I was also pleased we put forward proposals to scrap the new parking charges Cardiff Labour want to introduce, but after tonight's vote they will go ahead.

Sadly, more than 22,000 people in #Wales are waiting more than 2 years for #NHS treatment.
