@CostaCoffee I used a £20 giftcard once and the person on the toll charged me for 3 drinks instead of 2, so they told me that the error had been refunded on to my gift card. Tried for use it for the second time yesterday (a £20 giftcard) and was told there is no money on it!

@transport_wales I’ve just tried to use this ticket for my home journey (Cathays-Radyr) and was told I had to activate a new ticket. I’ve therefore had to activate two tickets today to travel one-way from Cathays-Radyr. Even though I explained to the guard that the ticket is bidirectional!
