I think the PGMOL should definitely be monitoring outcomes like this each season.

If it is a regular pattern every season, why do the ‘big clubs’ benefit at the expense of others?

It’s quite obvious to the vast majority of fans when a ref/VAR combined reach a wrong conclusion. The process needs to be improved to prevent unjust decisions. Any biases should also be eradicated to make the game fairer to all.

Unfortunately, the standard of officiating is not currently at the level it should be. Incorrect decisions and a lack of consistency week in, week out.

There are several good refs, but they are light years ahead of the majority.
