@BskiMike22802 Not all parents are good people- work in child welfare a bit. I had a case once where the mother sold her daughter for a tv and promise of a better apt from the landlord. For that price- child was told to let him do whatever for the good of the family.

@DaKidGowie I’ve never understood the “fumble” argument- they act like a wife is a piece of art work vs someone you have to live with for the rest of your life. The physical beauty of person lessens very quickly when you are trying to find a life partner

I think those powerful men are threatening the hell out of everyone. I believe it’s still vile to cover for those people. All of them deserve to be held accountable.

It’s not a hard concept to understand that we don’t want anyone who preys upon vulnerable kids/teens to be in charge of anything more than their jail cell.

@heartland_grump @nicksortor Absolutely not. As someone with a career in this field- a teen aging out should not receive different help because their case is on one side of a state line versus another, or their live in a suburb with no resources vs a city with a budget to provide services.
