Dr. Farid Shafiyev is Chairman of the Center of Analysis of International Relations (Baku). He previously served as Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Canada & the Czech Republic. He holds an MPA from @Kennedy_School & a PhD in History from @Carleton_U.
