A 46 y/o female, heavy smoker. Presented with Inferior STEMI. VF upon arrival. Left system is clean. RCA with proximal thrombus.
After first aspiration still thrombus in the distal part. After 6 aspirations the RCA is with TIMI3 no angiographic evidence of plaque.
A young patient with incessant MSSA endocarditis. Recurrent septic embolism. S/P TVR, Severe LV. Extremely high risk for surgery. On TEE 2.4cm vegetation on the tricuspid. Successful aspiration with @InariMedical device.
