@NudeDudeDave A heart needing triple bypass is already starving for oxygen. Arousal forces it into a hyperdynamic state, beating furiously hard, it's running empty from the lack of it's own blood supply, the harder it beats, the more it needs it's oxygen and nutrients and the less it receives.
