Height of structure the light is flying toward is roughly 30 feet. This is not a normal flight path for planes or medical helicopters. No cars moving on street for five minutes before or after this video. Location: Knoxville, Tennessee. Orb or other explanation?

Laying It Down Before It Lays You Down

Many people think surrender means giving up.

They picture defeat.
Weakness.
Throwing their hands in the air and saying, “I can’t do this anymore.”

But true surrender is something different.

True surrender is releasing it physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

It is saying:

“Father, I have done what I can do. I will still walk in obedience, I will still show up, I will still trust You… but I refuse to carry a burden You never asked me to hold.”

This week I was stressed over a situation that felt heavy on my heart.

My first response was frustration.

My mind immediately began trying to solve it, fix it, understand it, and control the outcome.

But then God gently reminded me:

“Am I still on the throne?”

And suddenly I realized something:

I had picked the burden back up.

So I prayed.

Then I thanked God—not after the situation changed, but before it changed.

I thanked Him for allowing me to surrender it.

And something happened.

The circumstances had not changed yet.

But my heart did.

Stress became peace.

Fear became trust.

Frustration became gratitude.

Because surrender is not waiting for the storm to stop before finding peace.

Surrender is finding peace while the storm is still speaking.

It is knowing that God’s timing is perfect even when ours feels delayed.

It is trusting that His way may look different than our way, but His way is always carrying a purpose we cannot yet see.

Are you surrendering the outcome, or only surrendering until fear returns?
What would gratitude look like before the answer arrives?

Closing Whisper

Maybe surrender isn’t losing control.

Maybe surrender is remembering you were never meant to control everything in the first place.

Maybe peace begins the moment you finally put it back into God’s hands. ❤️

Prayer for Our Hearts

Heavenly Father,

Today we lay down the burdens we were never meant to carry. Some of us are carrying fear. Some are carrying anger, stress, uncertainty, grief, financial struggles, health concerns, family pain, or questions we do not yet have answers to.

Father, teach us what true surrender looks like.

Help us release what we cannot control physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Remind us that surrender is not weakness—it is trust. Give us the courage to do what You have called us to do and the wisdom to place the rest into Your hands.

Replace anxiety with peace.
Replace frustration with gratitude.
Replace fear with faith.
Replace heaviness with hope.

For every person reading this, cover them with Your presence and remind them that You are still working even when they cannot yet see movement. Help them rest in knowing that Your timing is perfect and Your love never fails.

May we stop carrying tomorrow and faithfully walk through today.

Democrats don't have a House majority without those court-ordered maps.

→ A dozen of their current seats sit in districts that only exist because federal courts FORCED states to draw them
→ Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina — every one has at least one Democrat seat in a court-created black-majority district
→ Their House margin is FOUR seats
→ SCOTUS just made 12 of their 213 seats legally redrawable
→ Republican-led legislatures don't need new voters — they need a redistricting committee and a Tuesday afternoon

If race-based districts are unconstitutional, then Louisiana redraws.

If Louisiana redraws, then Alabama redraws.

If Alabama redraws, then every Southern state redraws.

If every Southern state redraws, the Democrat House majority was a 60-year courtroom artifact — not an election result.

yeah...but as someone building back from cancer who really investigates shit the question arises...can these 1000 pounder guys do a Planche? Or a hand stand push up? Likely not. Weight lifting ISOLATES specific muscle groups and BYPASSES lots of the supporting stabilizing muscle groups that provide real strength. Probably not 1 in 100 of these guys can do real calisthenics.
