I only clicked the free trial button. No card details entered, no itinerary reviewed, no booking confirmed.Within one hour of the unauthorised $264.13 AUD charge, I sent multiple emails demanding a full refund.

They only cancelled the subscription and dragged it out — then refused the refund and told me to deal with the airline.I have now: Lodged a chargeback with ANZ Bank，Reported them to the ACCC / Scamwatch
，Filed a complaint with Queensland Office of Fair Trading…@opodo

@opodo Got to be the worse money grabbing company around , cancelled last year and they gave a voucher and a part refund and what we thought was a closed account. Guess what yes they took out ( stole) money again this year and now refusing to refund . Awful customer service.

Je me connecte et j'ai prime = prix 73€.

Même le prix standard n'est pas le même !
