I had a fairly alarming experience as a victim of cyber financial fraud. Someone morphed my QR code to receive payments on my name and there was such similarity in the original and the morphed that I forwarded it as my QR code for payment. The morphed QR had my name and UPI Id.
The alarming part was the crime, yes but also that the helpline of the west bengal cyber crime cell did not work, I dialled 100 and 112 where no one picked up which I feel is the scariest part. Would expect the relevant authorities to look into it for everyone's sake. Contd...
@AmazonHelp It has been a month and no one has helped or replied to us from Amazon. If Amazon does not take care of its customers and then we should all stop supporting Amazon. We have ordered lakhs worth of stuff from Amazon. The one time we face problems If you don't help then who will?
@AmazonHelp We have not even received a ticket number from Amazon which was promised. There is no written proof of the complaint even though I had asked for the ticket number. I have been forced to post this despite waiting for more than 2 days for the ticket number.
Had the most horrible experience from @amazonIN and @Apple. Opened an iPhone today to find only screen guards in a box of iPhone 14 plus. No one responds on Amazon. Horrible policy.
Customer service is absolutely pathetic with no one responding.
