Wooohooo, menopause was hell for me. On the other side of that is a clarity I have never had before. I no longer fix, buffer or carry anything that isn't mine, and I have no guilt about that. If I don't want to, I simply say no and offer no explanation. It has been amusing to watch reactions. If something wasn't good before, I don't look for it to change now. This has been liberation for me.

This has been crazy. Thank you for being the sanity. I appreciate this perspective but had never thought of it like that. I played the "what if" game. What if it does revalue? @505Cali2 I am married to one. It took me a long time to figure out that was what he was. In this current energy, he appears he is having trouble functioning, and is digging deeper into his phone. I have detached emotionally from him and am observing this.

Okay here goes. Don't come for me in the comments. I have children and grandchildren, and this is horrifying. That being said, it is much easier to judge than to try and understand. The knee jerk reaction is the death penalty and I get that. We have no idea what the jury learned about what actually went on. Those babies are gone, that is a fact. What led up to this is multi-layered. There is a disconnect here and if we don't figure that out, this will repeat and we will be here again. You can open your mind to try and understand the disconnect and still remember those babies, and hold her responsible.

American doctors says “I am fed the absolute f*ck up — I'm a doctor, I can order labs for my patients” and she’s furious over a partner of LabCorp

This company abuses animals to the point she’ll never forget what she’s seen. “I've used a company called LabCorp, and today I called them. Why? Well, because I learned recently that LabCorp gets its supply of animals used for testing from a little f*ck-a** company called Marshall BioResources.

Why am I so pissed about this? Oh, well, I'll spare you what I have learned about Marshall BioResources. But to put it lightly, they torture animals. You'd think that they have to abide by these animal welfare laws. Lies — I don't even think they fucking exist at this point.

The things that I have seen and read about what goes on within the walls of this facility, they've done things to my brain that I can never undo. Do you understand? It is that bad. And I am so f*cking tired of people thinking that they can do whatever however to animals”

Marshall BioResources is one of the largest commercial breeders of purpose-bred animals for labs in the United States

- USDA and APHIS has cited Marshall more than 20 times under the Animal Welfare Act
- They’ve had animals seized for conditions
- Recently in the last couple months former federal prosecutor Bonnie Klapper submitted a criminal referral to the Wayne County, NY DA alleging felony-level cruelty
- They euthanize animals and one way they did it to a dog was by stomping the dogs neck

(Yes it’s that bad, but it gets worse)

Whistleblower photos and accounts from reputable organizations describe mesh cages over feces-covered floors, cages cleaned only every two weeks, moldy feeders, puppies dead in enclosures, “non-standard” puppies killed for things like wrong eye color, kinked tail, rough handling causing jaw injuries and alleged “panic cleans” before inspections
