If end game-
Do dailies.
Use green tombstone (mathematics) to buy crafting materials from solution nine. Particularly mastodon pelts. A stack of 20 will sell within hour for 180k-200k.

If not - use retainers to farm regents like spoken blood. They usually sell 400-500 a bottle on the slow days. And up to 1k on heavier days near raid runs.

A Retainer can get 15 every 40 minutes
