@ScotRail Bad weather happens but the organisation during this of updates and staff for passengers is shambolic. How at 1735 you don’t know a 1740 train will or won’t run & why don’t you know you have crew at 1804 for a train due to go at 1814 with pax allowed on

@ScotRail The first one I went for was 1740 when that was cancelled at 1753 I went for 1814 Edinburgh train for Uddingston which they allowed us all on then eventually cancelled and we got off

@ScotRail Well it will be able to be used as it has not expired what I’m asking is will an 8th day be added? How do I claim cost of bus home after being held in central for ages tonight while train flashes up on time and then is cancelled after we are all sat on it

@ScotRail Actually saw the app change it to cancelled so got off and asked the guy on the platform and he says “naw just waiting on crew, don’t go by the app”
Literally stepped back on to announcement that it was cancelled and he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. Farce.
