@AirCanada You have liked my post, words escape me. Customer service is very poor, staff rolling their eyes. Multiple staff doing the same job which is of no use! The government of this country have a lot to answer for!

Oh my word! Not enough characters to express my utter disdain! 5 hrs delayed at Xmas, no compo. Delayed in UK for only an hour, but bumped off connection to St John’s only to find out 1 1/2 hour when this flight was delayed. Told to arrive at 3am no staff until 4!
