@British_Airways My 90 yr old Dad flew BA56 from JHB 25/04 + pre-booked wheelchair assistance. @ Heathrow, crew member took his wheelchair & was extremely rude when we objected leaving elderly, vulnerable man standing after 11-hour flight. Disgraceful! Formal complaint submitted.
@ThreshedThought an hour to go to the magic 12pm day 6 when @sewateruk promised all resident would have boilable water. In TN12 we still don’t have any water. Is there an honest forecast anyone can provide so that we can shower and flush our loos please?

It would be help to have some professional help with traffic flow near water stations as the even worse than usual traffic just adds to the misery when going to work etc.

I ordered 4 August, Hive website promised 3-5 bus day delivery which hasn’t happened. I can’t track my order, nobody has contacted me and I have no way of contacting Hive. This is very poor customer care. Please provide me with a contact name and number to resolve this.
