@Georgeatasda need to return a faulty kettle but unable to print return label as it says I need to call the call centre. Called 4 times as they kept cutting me off. They've told me to print label from https://t.co/6CLL6H4GRg but this isn't working.
I have since spoken with 3 different agents at @SharkCleanUK to try and arrange a more convenient return... Could they take the old unit at point of delivery of the new one? Could they send a box? No!
And you have to arrange the return of your broken @SharkCleanUK vacuum. The packaging to return has to be bought and your expense and I have to somehow take it, with a toddler, to a DPD drop off point
Faulty @SharkCleanUK vacuum which can't be replaced until they receive the faulty one so you have to be without a hoover which is great with a toddler playing on floors!
