@eurowings on a flight from London to Hamburg today, half of the passengers’ luggage didn’t make it to Hamburg including our two bags. How is it possible to “forget” that much luggage at the point of origin? And how long to get it delivered to the destination? Compensation?

@AmazonHelp parcel with 6 glasses was delivered today, no label of fragile or breakable on it and of course the driver put a 6L keg on top of the box. now all glasses are shred to pieces and unusable. It is unsafe to return as glass shards everywhere. What do I do in this case?
