The Caring Gene® is a workforce improvement organization (WIO) administering the Career Pathways Training Program to residents of 30 counties in New York State. We can only provide funding for eligible residents in those counties.

No. Full-time employment (a minimum of 35 hours per week) is required for participants to satisfy the service commitment. Program participants may work two part-time roles to meet service commitment requirements, as long as they are working at least 35 hours per week.
