لأنه هاي هي المشكلة الاساسية اللي بنناقشها بدون لف و دوران.

شخص ما عنده انسولين كيف يعني اكل سكريات زيادة (نوتيلا) ولا التدخين اللي برفع الكورتيزول و السكر بالدم ممكن "ينشفى" من هذا النظام؟؟
