@alxndrdrgz @sarahkpilato I agree! Not having access to your phone is huge too! I leave mine charging in the kitchen every night. I do however watch a show on my laptop as I’m falling asleep. But I never go on socials or anything. It’s a tv only at that hour lol
@sarahkpilato One thing that helps me wake up more naturally, especially in the winter when it’s dark, is a light alarm. It slowly gets brighter for 30 min before the alarm goes off. So by the time you want to wake up your room is semi bright.
