Thanks for replying, I’ve called up twice today and both times it’s an automated system that says I should receive a response soon and then hangs up, but it’s said this for weeks now. In short, how do I get my money as the claim was made 3 months ago?

@HMRCcustomers how do I speak to an actual human being about a p87 claim that was filed in May and not been paid? Would like an update on this and the online/phone services aren’t helping resolve this
