Did you know the PGA has a program where it partners with universities and the offer a major in PGM(Professional Golf management). My grandson is in it at Coastal Carolina university in Myrtle Beach. Need a 10 handicap to get in. Part of tuition goes to pay green fees at Country Club Right next to campus

Why are billionaires your enemy? You live in the same neighborhoods and travel in the same circles. Your wealth and income probably puts you in the 1%. So to me it looks like jealousy. For higher taxes to fund what people like you want everyone’s taxes would need to go up. The DSA guy in Michigan has even said for Medicare for all, everyone’s taxes will go up.

I live in OC. Fabulous place to live but the left is making inroads. LA is an absolute pit. Santa Monica once a jewel is gone. I don’t understand real estate here. My house was all in $625,000 in 1994. A house on next street about 500sf smaller just went up for sale at $3.2mm. Already 2 offers. Who can afford these. The property taxes alone will be over $30k a year
