During this time, I have learned that while it is necessary to obtain the administrative authorisation from a higher level such as the regional level, it is equally important to get approval from the district level and possibly the facility or institutional level. 4/5

One of the first activities for my data collection process, for strategies to support community health workers in urban fragile settings, was to obtain administrative authorization, after getting the relevant ethical clearances. 1/5
With the information obtained from these informal interviews along with the information from my literature - narrative - review I will revise my key informant interview guides to ensure I will be asking the right questions to the right stakeholder. 3/5
